I am a visual Learner so I dug up this video at You Tube on Filleting Trout so that I could watch it and felt compelled to share it with any one that reads my blog.

    I have an advantage...my son-in-law is a meat cutter by trade and an avid fisherman. He can fillet three fish to my one so guess who gets to do it!
